After a zig zag game prevailed during the entire Ashes series 2009 it was England who emerged Victorious and won the Ashes 2009… England entered this series with a lot of hype which they carried from the 2005 Ashes series… But it was Australia who had the upper hand in the first test of the series in Cardiff….

They lost Hughes, Katich in quick succession… But at the end of the day the partnership between Clarke and Haddin restored some pride for Aussies.. For the fifth day Australia needed 209 to win and England need 5 wickets to win.. Both the victories are in hindsight only… But it was Freddie with his brilliant spell turned the tables for England and their first victory in Lords against Aussies since 1934…………. Freddie got the man of the match…

Ahead of champions Trophy, Indian cricketers had a fitness camp on Ferozshah kotla stadium in Delhi... Indian skipper MS Dhoni and other seven players from North Zone under the watchful eyes of Indian Coach Gary Kirsten and Mental conditioning Coach Paddy Upton and team Physio Nitin Patel.... Ishant Sharma, Ashish Nehra, Harbhajan Singh, Gautam Gambhir, RP Singh, Suresh Raina, Praveen Kumar are the seven players with MSD attended the four hour session at the Ferozshah kotla ground..... Delhi Dasher Virender Sehwag was the only player who missed the fitness camp, though he is expected to be fit ahead of the champions Trophy... Sehwag is undergoing the treatment for his shoulder which was injured during the Indian Premier League so he was not able to participate in the fitness camp. Sehwag is expected to be fit before the Champions trophy.... First the Indian players worked our hardly in gymnasium and then carried out the physical training on the ground.... After the fitness camp Indian Coach had expressed satisfaction regarding cricketer's fitness.... He said "I think the boys are doing well and fine and they are all looking in right shape and i am also very happy with the physical condition"....

Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Rohit Sharma from the west and south zone are the other probables who will undergo fitness camp today on 11/08/2009... They will undergo fitness test under the eyes of BCCI physio Nitin Patel... After a great long gap, I came to see an update my blog.. I saw transformers II last weekend.. Wow.. Its an amazing movie... Its having simple story line that of autobots fighting decepticons but the way the director Michael Bay used the technologies and the way in which he told the story to us make us to engage in the movie without any second thoughts... Thats the strength of this director... The movie starts with Optimus prime telling us about the ancient primes (totally 13 i think) who came to earth in search of sun harvestor. The ancient primes though succeeded in building the harvestor then came to a decision that life bearing worlds (earth) must be spared.. But one prime among them later dubbed as Fallen betrayed their brothers and started to build the key for the harvestor (The Matrix of leadership). On hearing this all the remaining primes gave their life to destroy fallen and to hid the Matrix and the Sun Harvestor.. Actually Sun harvestor is used to destroy the sun and to give power to the Energon the main source of energy in the cybertron (the place where Autobots & Decepticons live)... The Fallen then retreat and went to cybertron and waiting for the correct time to take revenge on earth and to activate the harvestor.... In the current world Autobots joining hands with the humans and form the group called N.E.S.T. the Non-Biological Extraterrestrial Species Team which is led by the Optimus Prime is on the mission to destroy all the decepticons in the world... Optimus is joined by the newcomers Arcee (the three motorcycle girls), Sideswipe(who stylishly kills sideways), Jolt, and the twins Skids and Mudflap..... They are now on a mission in Shanghai , China to destroy the two decepticons Demolishor and Sideways... I must mention how demolishor looks..

Demolishor is the largest non combined Transformers seen in the films... And with this came the introduction of the Optimus Prime.. Prime came from a military aeroplane (N.E.S.T) and attacked Demolishor.. He killed demolishor with his blade but before demolishor died he whispered "the fallen will rise again".......

Now its time for Sam... Sam is getting ready for his college stint... While getting ready for his college, he found a splinter of the destroyed Allspark(With which sam killed Meagatron in the first part) . Upon touching the splinter sam mind is filled with Cybertronion symbols which actually contains the riddle that leads to the Matrix of the Leadership... The destroyed Allspark bring the Kitchen Appliances to become a transformed materials which in turn started to attack sam and his parents... With this scene Bumblebee came to help sam and destroyed all the appliances... (And also destroyed sam's car shed and his house and his father's garden)...

India won the third match by Dhoni and the series by rain….. Though it is not like critcising the players it is true…. After the win in the first match against them by 20 runs, India lost the second match pretty badly by 8 wickets.. Indian batsmen struggled against the moving ball and the short pitched deliveries was well used by ravi rampaul a WI quickie and grabbed 4 quick wickets in no time… At 82/8 I thought India wont cross even 100 but Dhoni (captain) an RP Singh (BOWLER) shared 100 runs partnership between them and take India to a some respectable total… India all out for 184… West Indies reached the target in 35 overs itself… The chase was well started by gayle an morton… No bowlers of India are able to separate them till a part timer rohit came an take two quick wickets of gayle an sarwan to delay the inevitable win for them… But the main fact is that it is WI who got the upper hand going into the third an all important match of the series…. India won the toss in the third match and choose to bowl because of overcast conditions… India bowled pretty decently in the match to restrict the score 189 from 27 overs… The target was well chased by karthick and Gambhir… And for the first time in the series Gambhir looked in good nick and it is Karthick who scored the maximum runs in the powerplay… After several breaks due to rain India's target was 151 in 22 overs.. And it is Dhoni who launched the second ball of the last over to clinch the win for the match and the series……………. And it is acceptable that Dhoni won the man of the series...... Now it is going to be three months break for Team India before the champions trophy…. But the all important Ashes series is started today… SO ITS GETTING BETTER DAY BY DAY……

But i still remember the opening scene to the climax scene.... Transformers I is an amazing film.. The first film logo is "their wars" "our planet"... It is a simple movie about a fight between autobots an decepticons who are in search for the all spark which is located in earth.. But the way in which the film was directed and the graphics in the scenes where autobots turned from the vehicle mode to autobots mode was amazing.. I like the characters optimus prime an bumblebee... Optimus prime is the leader of the autobots.... For decepticons it is megatron.................. And after that they get caught to police and they came out in bail... Within a week the lovers had developed a lot of differences and split without even telling to the trio of friends.. But mcmillan took the match away from us with his lusty blows towards the end.... India lost the match by 10 runs in the end... Den the all important match against our fav opponents ie England.... Had freddie not upset Yuvi the match would have gone in England's pocket.... Thanks freddie...
