Flintoff to Retire From Test Cricket

Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff is going to retire from test criket after the Ashes 2009 series…. He is down with several knee injuries and some injuries which forced him out of most of the England test matches since 2005 ashes… He is a good allrounder who can single handedly win the matches for his team when he is in form either with his batting or with his bowling… In 2005 Ashes he amassed more than 400 runs (402 runs) and took 24 wickets to take England to Ashes glory…. He is arguably the best Allrounder since Ian Botham.. He is 6' 4" inches and with this height he can extract maximum bounce on any kind of track… He can bowl at a maximum speed of 90mph…. His test debut was in the year 1998 and it was against South Africa at Nottingham at the age of 20…. He dint got too many chances in the match and when he got a chance he took the prized wicket of Jacques Kallis… But his ODI debut was in 1999 against Pakistan at Sharjah.. Though he scored a 50 in that match and took a wicket, England lost the match.. But it was the birth of the new allrounder.. His nick name was Freddie… He was born in December 6 1977 at Preston, Lancashire… His major teams are England, Lancashire, Chennai Super Kings…. His education was at Ribbleton Hall High school…. The year 2003 – 2005 turned out to be a golden run for Freddie… He won Wisden Cricketer of the Year 2004, ICC One-Day Player of the Year 2004, PCA Player of the Year 2004, ICC Player of the Year 2005, BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2005, PCA Player of the Year 2005, Awarded the MBE in 2005…..
